I am absolutely amazed by the level of fantastic customer service I received from John at Australia Postcards, even before I received the postcards. In fact, I couldn't wait to receive the postcards just so that I could write a testimonial!

I live in the USA now and have three young children. The cool part about this place is that when they sent my postcards unfortunately someone had opened my envelope and taken my order. They immediately answered my email and sent me another set of cards - no questions asked and they were empathetic to how I felt about not getting my cards. I love all of your cards, and tend to send the small G'day Kangaroo more than anything else - I think it's great. What does "the postcard's touch" mean to John of Australia?
The twinkle that is brought to my eye and the smile that is brought to my face when I receive a postcard is what "the postcard's touch" means to me. I like to be able share a physical connection to place and maintain a physical connection to others, and having real, card postcards that I can post on the fridge and prop on top of the television helps sustain these connections.
